With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home also features an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, and a fenced-in yard. With just a short walk down to the sandy shore— this is an impeccable holiday home by the sea.
The space
Enjoy the natural sunlight which cascades through the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the main floor. Or sit on the front porch and enjoy the unobstructed view of the beach. Afterwards, head to your private master suite, you will hardly be able to contain your happiness when you see the abundance of natural light and fun pops of color in this room.
This coastal oasis has a sprawling open-floor concept connecting the living area to the dining table and kitchen, making it easy to entertain! Newly constructed, with high ceilings throughout the home, and large rooms full of windows that create a "sunny" feel during your visit.
You and your tribe can gather around the large dining table and bar, that can comfortably seat 14, to share meals, stories, and laughter. The kitchen has granite countertops, is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and full of all the necessities to make your favorite meals and drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, and margaritas!).
Ample windows throughout the house let the light pour in. Four bedrooms have enough space for each one of you. 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 4 full/twin beds—all equipped with the comfiest mattresses and bedding. If you are working remotely you can find the dedicated work space accompanied by a smart TV.
Walk out on the 2nd and 3rd story decks to enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee on the lounge chairs or have a meal on the outside polywood table. A beautiful place to breathe in the clean salt air.
This home is family friendly and is equipped with children’s toys/books. Included with your rental, there are plenty of fun in the sun toys including numerous beach toys, boogie boards, and so much more.
After your day at the beach, wash the sand away in the private shower, equipped with hot water. Enjoy time spent in the sun or watching the sunset on the wood decks. The design, textiles, and materials are all designed for your rest, your retreat, and your experience at Paradise Pointe! We can’t wait for you to be here.
To top it all off, this home comes with your very own 24/7 concierge service to suit your vacation in the way it should be, effortless. In lieu of collecting a security deposit, we will collect, for each reservation, a one-time non-refundable $79.00 damage waiver fee. This is already included in the management fee you pay. The damage waiver is provided by Waivo, a third-party vendor which is not affiliated with us. Generally, the damage waiver provides up to $5,000 of coverage towards unintentional property damage. The coverage is subject to all applicable terms and conditions imposed by Waivo. Waivo’s terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any changes to or variance in Waivo’s terms and conditions which conflict with or contradict the information. You are responsible for obtaining accurate and up-to-date terms and conditions directly from Waivo at the time of purchase. If for any reason whatsoever, Waivo fails or refuses to cover any costs or expenses incurred due to damages resulting from your stay, We shall be entitled to charge the credit card on file or otherwise collect such additional amounts as may be incurred for damages or theft, including, without limitation, the market rate for replacement of costs or repairs plus time and materials, in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
