Step into the professionally designed living area and take in those lovely coastal views from window-to-window & wall-to-wall. You will be greeted by highly sought after shiplap decor throughout the whole home - creating the shoreline sensation in the seat of your home.

Endless Sleeping Options:

Head upstairs to the second-floor where you will find all four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and access to the 2nd floor deck. We hope you love privacy! This home features TWO Master bedrooms both with your very own en suite bathrooms. Walkout to a soaring deck that gives you a birds-eye view of the ocean from every primary bedroom in the house!

Elite Level Service:

Beachfront Elegance also includes it's own 24/7 Concierge Service that is able to assist with anything related to the house and any guidance regarding the Bolivar Peninsula / Crystal Beach during your stay. You can also request special services directly with the Concierge that include, but not limited to: Beach bonfires, providing romantic decor, grocery shopping, and more...

The outdoor area is great for entertaining friends and family. This includes: a built in outdoor grill, a private outdoor shower to wash sand off, and plenty of outdoor furniture.

Other things to note

In lieu of collecting a security deposit, we will collect, for each reservation, a one-time non-refundable $79.00 damage waiver fee. This is already included in the management fee you pay. The damage waiver is provided by Waivo, a third-party vendor which is not affiliated with us. Generally, the damage waiver provides up to $5,000 of coverage towards unintentional property damage. The coverage is subject to all applicable terms and conditions imposed by Waivo, including, without limitation, those terms and conditions described on the attached Exhibit A. Waivo’s terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any changes to or variance in Waivo’s terms and conditions which conflict with or contradict the information provided in Exhibit A. You are responsible for obtaining accurate and up-to-date terms and conditions directly from Waivo at the time of purchase. If for any reason whatsoever, Waivo fails or refuses to cover any costs or expenses incurred due to damages resulting from your stay, We shall be entitled to charge the credit card on file or otherwise collect such additional amounts as may be incurred for damages or theft, including, without limitation, the market rate for replacement of costs or repairs plus time and materials, in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
